Warrior BreakR 2- Michael Kowalski
With lacrosse being the fastest growing sport in the United States, one footwear brand has been with the movement from the start- Warrior. Warrior has traditionally rooted themselves on the field and have started to branch into categories that are new for the brand by tapping into the growing market with a variety of lifestyle and training product. In 2010 Michael Kowalski helped the leap into training footwear with his update of the Warrior BreakR, the Warrior BreakR 2. 0
Michael shows off awesome sketching/marker skills with some aggressive lines and great exploration of the tooling. We also get a look at a super clean shell pattern for the upper that gives a good visual of the layers and how the shoe is constructed. The final product is a real nice and simple trainer offering that gets the job done. This project is a great example of a safe and solid update that still ramps things up from the original..
