RAINS by Tristan Sory

Designer Tristan Sory decided to see how a shoe meant for cycling and combined with the DNA of a Danish Rainwear company called RAINS might look.

“RAINS goal is to reinvent classics. Their products are a new interpretation of the traditional rubber raincoat. The key to create this shoe was to figure out main elements in the RAINS design language.” – Tristan

The shoe features a cap inspired by a raincoat hood that has been placed on the insock, a rubberised, waterproof upper and a thick, chunky outsole to keep the toes dry and protect the boot from harsh metal pedals.
