I spotted this floating around on Facebook this past weekend and was blown away by the beautiful execution and clever imagery that design & motion studio, Man vs Machine created for this Nike Air Max ’17 ad campaign.
A “metaphorical exploration of air and the negative space it occupies,” Man vs Machine ingeniously incorporated elements you might come across during your run into the imagery, leaving a silhouette of a Nike Air Max ’17 in the negative space in some of the imagery. In others you can see an incredibly minimal version of the shoes, combining everything from rocks to icecream.
