Empire Street Skates- Kyle Solá
Kyle Solá brings us one of the most complete and thorough projects we've seen in a while. He touches all the bases from sketches to mock-ups. Like so many of the designers we post on the site Kyle displays great sketch skills but it is very rare to find such a solid sketcher break out of their box. Kyle manages to do just that by really exploring all the forms with some fun gestural sketches. He also does a great job creating models throughout the process. Models tend to be tedious work, especially during early ideation, but Kyle really uses them as a springboard to new sketches. With tons of models, plenty of sketches, and quite a few illustrator lineworks Kyle clearly put in the time to make this project what it is. Check it out in its entirety below.... 0
