Clear Weather brand is winning right now. Having shared a couple sneaky snaps of their upcomming season at Capsule tradeshow, it looks like Brandon & Josh have been busy since I last caught up with them (check out my interview with them here).
I’ve been a pretty big fan of their Convx style, but it looks like they’ve also a few super interesting models to their line-up. One being an obvious crowd winner, the Cloud Stryk (shown above) which combines a moulded lacing system and new tooling that oozes with the Brubaker founders’ design aesthetic and further pushes the brand into a unique place on the market.
Another style, which may not get as much love though I may like even more than the Cloud Stryk if i’m honest, is their Caselle style.
Essentially a classic Van’s type shoe, but with super clean hidden lacing, the shoe’s minimal twist on such a classic style is just beautiful. Minimal, yet clever design. This style should disply their brand ethos as well as line their pockets in the coming season.
You can check out more of their upcomming styles, including a sneak look at a very clean Stan Smith-esque style accompanied with their boat inspired Convx sole, below.
