Adidas Designer Jean Khalifé Shares ATRIC F/22 Sketches

Adidas Designer Jean Khalifé recently shared some of the ideation that went into the creation of Adidas’ unique ATRIC F/22 style.

“It was important to set the tone of the project between pure outdoor and streetwear.
For its summer version ATRIC gets inspiration from the late 90’s/ early 2000 water moccasins in the adidas archive.” – Jean

The shoes feature an exclusive, moisture wicking 360 Primeknit Merinowool blend, engineered so the shoe can be worn barefoot. They also feature a Continental®️ rubber outsole and a super cozy PU midsole.

“We wanted the comfort of a runner with the durability and the protection of a water moccasin.” – Jean

“Again I was lucky to work with a fantastic team of people.
Wanted to thank @yohanham @_jeffmetal_ @jamesmaa @otto_chr and Victor for their support and passion.” – Jean

You can see the sketches, as well as some final product beauty shots, below.
